The data entered in the enquiry form: name, email address and, if provided, phone number, boat and port, the item enquired about and the text of the enquiry. Also any data sent by email.<\/p>

What it is used for<\/h2>

To answer the enquiry and, if requested, to prepare a quote or process the order of the item. It is not used to send advertising or to create profiles.<\/p>

The consent of the person sending the enquiry (article 6.1.a GDPR) and, where the enquiry concerns purchasing an item, steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).<\/p>
