What data is processed
The data entered in the enquiry form: name, email address and, if provided, phone number, boat and port, the item enquired about and the text of the enquiry. Also any data sent by email.
What it is used for
To answer the enquiry and, if requested, to prepare a quote or process the order of the item. It is not used to send advertising or to create profiles.
Legal basis
The consent of the person sending the enquiry (article 6.1.a GDPR) and, where the enquiry concerns purchasing an item, steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).
How long it is kept
For as long as needed to answer the enquiry. If it leads to a sale, the data is kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
Where it is stored and who receives it
The form sends the enquiry by email to the owner’s mailbox. The website does not keep a copy of the messages. Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. The provider hosting the website and email only accesses it to provide that service.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of its processing, object to it and request its portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to nordest@nordest-canarias.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
